Lunch with the U Returns – Thursday, October 30!
Coyote Women’s Basketball season is almost here, and so is Lunch with the U! Join us at Pizza Ranch on 41st Street in Sioux Falls as we welcome Head Coach Carrie Eighmey.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the program begins at noon. Coach Eighmey will preview the upcoming season, highlight the team’s preparation, and share what fans can look forward to as the Coyotes get ready for their first home game next week.
Enjoy lunch, connect with fellow fans, and hear directly from Coach about the excitement building around this year’s women’s basketball team.
